Within the call to religious life, one chooses a particular charism in which to live that call.  As sisters witness to the charism of Blessed Theresa, others also feel a connection to that charism.  Therefore, there are two ways of living the charism of Blessed Theresa:

	as a vowed member of the congregation of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, with its emphasis upon living the charism in community life
	as an Associate, with its emphasis upon living of the charism within the married or single lifestyles.
