NDA REUNION 2007
The Notre Dame Academy Reunion, held in Waterdown on Sunday
June 3, 2007
1:30 - 5:00 p.m., was a delightful time for all. Over 250 former students and staff returned to their Alma Mater, some coming from England, Mexico, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and places in Ontario miles away from Waterdown. Photos.
Comments from former students:
“It was great to see some of my teachers. I didn’t get a chance to tell them
how much they influenced me and helped me.”
“I have such great memories from my five years at NDA.”
“The memories that came flooding back as soon as I turned on to Snake Rd. brought tears to my eyes and when I walked through the front doors, it was like I was17 again. Gee, they were happy years for me.”
“I was so blessed to connect with my roommate of two years. We had a wonderful visit and it was like old times.”
“We were thrilled to remember the good old days.”
This celebration marked
the 80th Anniversary of the
beginning of the Canadian Province within our
international congregation of the School Sisters of
Notre Dame and the opening of our Motherhouse in
Waterdown and Notre Dame Academy.
If you were unable to attend the reunion and would like to receive any follow up mailings etc., please
